One of the best hotels I've stayed in Washington DC. It's a nice flashy hotel with a very nice suite. The staff are very friendly and the selection food at breakfast was perfect choosing from continental to cooked of your choice. The Gym and Swimming Pool were perfect and I had a very good swim there and used the jacuzzi afterwards and it was a great experience after a days outing for a City Break Holidaymaker from the UK like myself. I reccommend this hotel and the experience was wonderful!

We arrived at the Embassy Suites Chevy Chase Pavilion a bit later in the evening of our first day in the DC area. David at the front desk was exceptional. He provided us with excellent customer service. This location in relationship to public transportation could not have been better. The Metro Rail is in the basement here. We love it. The breakfast is very good as well. Loved the omelettes everyday. The suite we were 427 was the standard room for embassy I think. It was comfortable and clean. The only thing I did not like was the noise or banging we heard on Thursday and Friday coming from some type of construction or repairs. This is a very good hotel and bit pricey. The staff here at all levels were cordial and professional.

We just finished our stay at the Hyatt Embassy Suites in Washington, DC, and we’re ending our trip on a very pleasant note. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly — warm greetings, genuinely pleasant interactions, and a clear effort to make sure we were happy throughout our visit. The rooms were clean, though a bit dated. Some of the plug sockets were loose, but they still worked fine. It was quiet at night, and while the beds were on the firmer side, I still slept quite well. The shower pressure was on the low side, so it took a bit longer to clean up. Breakfast was solid, and the team working there was very friendly. They’ll make you an omelet exactly the way you like it, which was a great touch. A big plus: our parking was fully validated by the hotel, so we didn’t have to pay for parking during our stay. Overall, for the price and the 4 days we spent here, it was well worth it. We’re leaving satisfied and would consider staying here again.

Very helpful and courteous. The staff really goes above and beyond to make you appreciated. The location is good for families and has a metro line right beneath. So that is a plus. The breakfast bar is good. They have omelets and pancakes etc. They evening reception actually has approved they offered fresh fruit and chips with chili and cheese. Along with 2 drinks to help you feel at home. The room was spacious and clean. The bedding is what you expect at such establishment. I liked the city view. All in all if you are in the DC area and looking to lay your head down. I would say you should give these folks a try and critique it as well. Two thumbs up!

Great place to stay, safe area, easy access to Metro (just across the street) very good complimentary Breakfast- Fresh made omelette, Scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, pancakes w/ hot syrup. hot oatmeal, cereal. juices. Good Coffee. The only thing I would improve is the signage(lack of) it's a bit of, process of elimination that we figured out how to navigate. The Parking garage was very confusing, Just Keep going down and around "LeveL 2" until you see 'Hotel' we ended parking, then realized the Elevator to lobby was just around the corner so we moved the car. Then on the elevator you want #2 which takes you up to the front desk, then, Get the elevator near the desk to continue to the other floors. Once we figured it out it was fine, but there was no signage to indicate direction

This is a weird hotel. On the one hand, it has a great breakfast with excellent service, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the fitness center is well-equipped, and the location is conveniently on top of a Metro station. On the other hand, the lobby is desolate, you often cannot find anyone working the front desk, the swimming pool lacks towels, the revolving door to the street is broken, and there are several vacant retail spaces in the building. This hotel is aging and the common areas need a renovation, but you will get a good night's sleep, a decent shower, and a filling breakfast. It's a business hotel and you will probably have a decent stay here, though the management should pay a little more attention to the lacking details.
